Select your beneficiary type, enter your name, phone or email, create a secure password, and accept the portal terms.

Use these answers to prepare your phone number, Ghana Card, documents, and programme application before entering the beneficiary dashboard.

Who can register as a beneficiary?
Eligible individuals can create a beneficiary account and apply for available SIF programmes that match their location, profile, and programme requirements.
What phone number format should I use?
On registration, the portal uses the Ghana prefix +233. Enter only the remaining 9 digits of your phone number.
What Ghana Card format is accepted?
Use the official format GHA-000000000-0. The onboarding form will not continue if the Ghana Card ID number is incomplete or incorrectly typed.
Can I apply before completing onboarding?
Complete your onboarding first so SIF has your personal details, Ghana Card information, location, and profile data before you submit programme applications.
Where do I see available programmes?
After signing in, open Available Programmes on the beneficiary dashboard menu to view programmes, modules, implementing partners, and application options.
How do I track my applications?
Use My Applications in the beneficiary dashboard to review submitted applications and follow their current status.
Where do I upload supporting documents?
Use the Documents section in the beneficiary dashboard to manage identity documents and any programme-specific supporting files.
Can I update my account details later?
Yes. After signing in, open Account Settings to review and update supported profile and account information.
